Bi-Lingual Customer Services Representative with German

 (11 month contract to cover maternity leave)

 

We require a highly PC literate & customer focused individual to work in our busy Export Sales Office.

 

You will be managing a portfolio of International Customer Accounts, proactively looking after their day to day needs; Processing Sales Orders, arranging shipments, handling complaints. 

 

It will be necessary to have an excellent telephone manner, great attention to detail, & “can-do” attitude to fit in with our busy team.  The ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively is essential.

 

Experience/Skills:   Previous experience in Sales Order Processing/ Internal Sales/ Customer Service.  International languages mainly German or French would be a distinct advantage.

Project Manager

Location: Dublin

Our Client currently seeks to employ a Project Manager based in Dublin.  You must have experience working for a main contractor.  The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification along with a proven track record. A minimum of 10 years experience will be required.

Candidates will also be required to demonstrate capability and experience in dealing with challenging projects.  We are looking to hear from ambitious Project Managers looking to progress their career, you will have excellent communication and negotiating skills with a proven record working on major projects within the Irish industry. You must work well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management, in compliance with company policies, procedures and Building Regulations

  1. In relation to construction contracts under your control and direction,

    Responsibility for the following in relation to each such contract:

  • Taking them from estimating level right through to the issue of the final architect’s certificate, including the following:
